ISTANBUL Cheap Air Force 1 HI Supreme Le Black Gold UK , Sept. 27 (Xinhua) -- A fourth Confucius Institute in Turkey was inaugurated on Wednesday at the Yeditepe University in Istanbul, with an aim to enhance cultural exchanges and better understanding between Turkey and China.
Addressing the opening ceremony, Rector of Yeditepe University Canan Aykut Bingol said the opening of the Confucius Institute is significant as it will contribute to more exchanges and contacts between Turkish and Chinese college students and societies.
She added that the two countries are just carrying on a tradition long being established along the ancient Silk Road.
Bedrettin Dalan, the university's founding president, said it is important for Turks to study Chinese to promote the mutual understanding between China and Turkey.

The Confucius Institute Headquarters in Beijing also sent a congratulatory message to the opening ceremony, hoping Yeditepe University and Nankai University, which is based in Tianjin in northern China and is co-hosting the new institution, will make joint efforts to turn the institute into "a bridge for more educational and cultural exchanges."

Because the banks have no sufficient cash for depositors, U.S. dollar notes and bond notes are available on the parallel market but the U.S. dollar is trading at a higher value than bond notes.
The regulations empower the court to impose a fine not exceeding the value of the currency and a sentence of imprisonment not exceeding 10 years, the finance minister added.

MOSCOW, Aug. 29 (Xinhua) -- Media reports about the death of a Russian serviceman in Syria are not true and Russian troops in Syria have suffered no losses recently, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Monday.
"The information that a Russian serviceman was killed in Syria on Aug. 11 disseminated by some media is not true. The Russian military contingent in the Syrian Arab Republic suffered no losses in this period of time," the ministry said in a statement.
Earlier in the day, media reported that a 31-year-old Russian serviceman was buried in the Russian city of Orenburg Cheap Women's Air Force 1 High X girl All Red UK , about 1,500 km southeast of Moscow. The serviceman reportedly died on Aug. 11 when a roadside bomb hit a vehicle in a military convoy.
