Big Pharma has yet to produce a drug that can positively influence leptin function. That’s because diet is the only thing that can do this. As a result, very little about this major hormone is taught in medical schools or mentioned in the media, despite its focal role in our primal physiology. But since they relied on fat-based ketones, the leptin hormone in their bodies was able to regulate their metabolism much more effectively than that of the modern human. Therefore, they could go for much longer periods of time without getting hungry. Obesity, candida, type 2 diabetes, and celiac disease were nonexistent.
