Christensen was indicted on July 12 by a federal grand jury on a criminal charge related to Zhang's abduction. He remains in custody.

WASHINGTON, June 20 (Xinhua) -- A website surfaced Saturday with a racist manifesto purportedly written by the white gunman Dylann Roof, explaining why he allegedly targeted Charleston, South Carolina, in Wednesday's massacre that killed nine African- American churchgoers.
